Welcome to Park Place! We want to invite you into our church community. A great place to start is at our Park Place Sunday morning worship services, now in-person and online on our YouTube channel Sundays at 10:30am!
ABOUT PARK PLACE
Our church is formed with people who follow Jesus, who love one another, who go with our Lord to serve every week— across the street and around the world. Situated in a neighborhood on the near eastside of Anderson, Park Place is home to Anderson University and Park Place Church of God. We aspire to be the university church with her heart in the community.
Sundays, we average 250 in attendance, but the number of people we serve throughout the week through our Children’s Center and Community Center is so much more!
SUNDAY MORNINGS
9:00 am: Sunday school! See our latest class offerings here (list updated Fall 2023; contact our church office for more updates). Our Truthfinders class has an additional list of special guests for their Sundays for Fall semester 2023 here.
10:15am: Come grab coffee and donuts at the Gathering in the Bessie Byrum Lounge, located off our Lobby near the Sanctuary.
10:30 am: Sunday Morning Worship in the Sanctuary for all ages, where we approach God together with a convergent, ancient-future inspired expression of worship. Kids begin worship in the Sanctuary with adults, then transition mid-service to a worship experience for kids in Room 137.
WHERE DO I PARK?
There are parking lots on the south end of the building, on the street, and across the street in Reardon Auditorium parking lot.
WHERE DO I GO? WHAT ABOUT KIDS?
We strive to make Sunday mornings a little less hectic with our secure check-in for kids. Enter doors 1 or 2 where you will find greeters and our Littles and Kids check-in cart. A greeter will be happy to help you find the Sanctuary and Littles and Kids spaces. For an in-depth look at our children’s programming, visit our Park Place Kids! page.
