Bailey Cox is the Interim Director at Park Place Children’s Center, where she has been an integral part of the team for nearly four years. With a deep passion for early childhood education, Bailey is committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally enriching environment for every child who walks through the doors of Park Place.
Known for her kind and compassionate nature, Bailey approaches leadership with understanding, patience, and genuine care. Her thorough attention to detail ensures that each classroom runs smoothly, while her approachable personality makes her a trusted and supportive presence for both teachers and parents alike.
As a mother of two, Bailey brings a valuable perspective to her work, blending her professional knowledge with the empathy and insight that come from being a parent.
