A little bit about me….
My heart for the children’s center is rooted in creating a safe, joyful, Christ-centered place where children can learn, grow, and feel deeply cared for. I come to Park Place as the former director of the Freedom House Learning Center. This possibility of stepping into this role as the Director at Park Place Children's Center is an extension of that calling. I am stepping forward with humility and gratitude, honoring the legacy of both centers while helping guide us toward a healthy, unified future. I am committed to supporting our current families, absorbing new families with warmth and clarity, and building trust with those who might join us in the seasons ahead. My desire is to strengthen our connection to the broader community by offering stability, excellence, and a deep sense of belonging for every child and parent we serve.
My commitment to you, the staff, and the center is to lead with transparency, integrity, compassion, and consistency. I will advocate for you, support your professional growth, communicate honestly, and work to create a culture where you feel valued, respected, and equipped. In return, I ask for your commitment to show up fully: to be dependable, to uphold the mission and expectations of the center, to keep communication open, and to work together in unity as we blend teams and systems. This next season will require flexibility, grace, and teamwork from all of us, but with shared commitment and a shared heart for children and families, I truly believe we can build something strong, life-giving, and lasting for our center and our community.
