FUSION YOUTH STUDENT MINISTRY
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 8:00 in The Upstairs

Students are invited to meet together with Student Ministry Pastor and Student Mentors on Wednesdays during the school year, 6–8 pm. We play games—both indoors and outdoors, athletic and non-athletic, organized and spontaneous. We hang out and talk and we learn about the Kingdom of God and our place within it, as we strive to be the loving community that God has invited us to be.

One of the main goals of our youth gatherings is to be a safe place for all who attend, regardless of who you are or what you believe. Everyone is encouraged to interact and engage, but no student is forced to participate in any activities, games, discussions, or exercises. Because we are a Christian youth group, a fundamental piece of our gatherings is devoted to interacting with and entering into the Kingdom of God as described by Jesus of Nazareth. Even so, we maintain that every person is entitled to form his or her own spiritual identity—faith can be guided, but it can,t be forced. We may not all agree on everything, but we leave room for everyone. We celebrate the variety of perspectives we have of God, the world, and ourselves. All are welcome in our midst.
