We offer food, prayer, listening, nutrition classes, Christmas gift bags, and information for other assistance.


The Food Pantry is located in the Community Center in the rooms on the right as you come in the door off the parking lot between the Church and the Community Center.

Who we serve

  • Madison County residents who meet income guidelines

  • The elderly, many raising their grandchildren

  • Young families

  • The unemployed or under employed

  • The disabled

  • The homeless

  • Those with no money

  • By donating non-perishable food (Please watch for sale items), money, small toys at Christmas, or toiletries. Look for the shopping cart in the church Lobby for pantry donations! Donations can also be left on the table in the Fellowship Hall in the pantry area. 

  • Volunteer to work–we welcome your individual or group support. The food pantry is operated entirely by over 90 volunteers giving 52 hours/week.

  • Recycle your paper and plastic bags by bringing them in to the pantry.

Bi-monthly, four-week classes, teach cooking and nutrition skills, and how to prepare healthy meals with the food received at the pantry.


KINDERGARTEN - 5TH GRADE, Mon-Fri, after school - 6 p.m.

We partner with Anderson Community Schools (ACSC) for transportation and students on our neighborhood bus routes are those who are eligible to attend the program:

  • Tenth Street Elementary: TBA in the Fall semester

  • Eastside Elementary: TBA in the Fall semester

  • Killbuck Kindergarten: TBA in the Fall semester

If your child does not ride one of these buses but is interested in attending the program, please contact our Director to inquire about space in the program or on the bus. Additionally, we follow the calendars of both Anderson Community Schools and Anderson University since we hire university students to help staff our program.

  • On Fridays, we will sometimes go swimming at Anderson University, have a outdoor field day, or other fun activities!
